RESOLVED, upon the recommendation of the Board
of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul, that
the execution of Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to Agreement
No. C -272+ between the Board -of Water Commissioners of the
City of Saint Paul and the State of Minnesota relating to the
relocation and readjustment of water distribution facilities
under Trunk Highway No. 5 and to the capping of certain facilities
under said Trunk Highway by forces of the Board of Water Commissioners,
to be reimbursed by the State of Minnesota, be and the same is hereby
ratified, approved and authorized.
