RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasing Committee
therefor, and hereby awards contract for furnishing Thirteen Band Concerts: more
or less: in various City Parks in 1962 to ZIASIERMANIIS CONCERT BAND at a price
of $456,50 per concert, making amount of contract approximately $50934,50 in
accordance with City specifications and the Formal Bid #8819 of said Zimmerman *s
Concert Bandt such bid being one of identical bids and said Zimmerman's Concert
Band being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and
hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor and the
proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf
of the City of Saint Paul,
