RESOLVED, the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby
concurs in the Resolution of the Board of Education of the City
of Saint Paul, Board File No. 3699, adopted April 3, 1962, a
copy of said resolution being attached hereto and made a part
hereof by reference, authorizing the establishment of a petty
cash fund for the School Shop in the maximum amount of Two Hundred
and iii Fif ty Dollars ($250.00) , and the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to establish such fund subject
to the conditions and provisions set out in the resolution of
said Board.

SiSCIVW that the &card of Strcatiem with the approval of the
Comptroller and the i?urcherelaw Agent does hereby authorize and
establish a petty cash fund for the /drool Shop to be used for the
purchase of small repair parts, maiatenance materials, and postage
and the Payfent of insuranoo charges in accordance with the follow -
tag provisions:
1. The amount in the potty oaak fund at say one time shall not
exceed tuo.00.
1. That Once a avnth the petty cash fund shall be reimbursed for
tho money spent during the Previous month according to pro -
cedures oemmion to all petty cash funds.
3. That the atorekoeper and the Storehouse Helper at the School
Shop shall be in charge of the petty cash fund and that both
-shall be bonded in the amount of one thousand (lr)oo) dollars
Oath.
4. That no single purchase from the petty cash fund shall exceed
ten (10) dollars.
b. That the petty oash fund shall be used Oxclusive.y for the
purchase of small repair parts, maintenance materials and
posts" and the p&ymemt of PoetaPs insurance charges.
