INTERMEDIARY ORDER
In the Matter of condemning and taking an easement for the purpose of constructing
and maintaining a public sewer on, under and across the west 4 ft. of the East 20 ft.
of Lot 8, Block 5, Oakville Park, from the alley to iltyacinth Ave., also condemning
and taking temporary easements for construction purposes on, over and across the east
8 ft. of the west 20 ft. of Lot 8 and the west 8 ft. of the east 16 ft. of Lot 8,
Block 5, Oakville Park, from the alley to Hyacinth Avenue except those portions
thereof occupied by buildings
under Preliminary Order 206301 approve
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is to condemn and take
an easement for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a public sewer on, under
and across the west 4 ft. of the east 20 ft. of Lot 8, Block 5, Oakville Park, from
the alley to hyacinth Ave., also condemn and take temporary easements for construction
purposes on, over and across the east 8 ft. of the west 20 ft. of Lot 8 and the'west
8 ft* of the east 16 ft. of Lot 8, Block 5, Oakville Park, from the alley to hyacinth
Avenue except those portions`thereof occupied by buildings
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 275.00
Resolved Further, That a .public hearing be had on said improvement on the 17th day of
�uly,:1962 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Ball Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
