The City Council requested that you prepare a resolution granting the
attached request of Harold M. Cragg, 162 Otis, and Joseph J. LaRocco,
158 Otis, for permission to erect a 6-ft. high decorative fence of chain
link in the rear part of their property on their adjoining property line,
the fence to extend about 20 ft. in length$ as described in the attached
letter of the City Architect.

Gentlemen:
A request signed by two adjoining property owners, Harold
M. Cragg, 162 Otis and Joseph J. LaRocco, 158 Otis, has
been received.
This request is for permission to erect a six foot high
decorative fence of chain link in the rear part of their
property on their adjoining property line. This fence
would extend about twenty feet in length.
Our inspector can see no objections to this and we are
therefore recommending that the Council authorize the Build-
ing Bureau to issue a permit for this structure.

My neighbor, Mr. LaRocco and I would like to erect
a six (6) foot high decorative chain link fence on our
adjoining property line.
The fence would extend about twenty (20) feet in
length and would be in the back part of our property.
Not knowing the proper party to write to, we
thought you would be kind enough to obtain permission
for erection of this fence.
