RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL APPROVING ASSESSMENT AND FIXING
TIME OF HEARING THEREON AND FIXING TIME OF HEARING
ON THE AWARD OF DAMAGES
In the matter of condemning and taking.,a.n easement in the land necessary
�Jor'the slopes, cuts and fills, including right of removal`of lateral support
from subject land or. remainder thereof, occasioned by excavations thereof or
construction of slope's in the grading and paving of the Short Line Road from St.
Clair southerly in the following described parcels of land: L
The easterly 30 feet of Lots 1 and 2•, the easterly part of Lot 3 measured
30 feet on the north line and 15 feet on the south line'of said Lot 3, and the
;easterly 15 feet of Lot 4 and that part of Lot 5 lying northeasterly of the
tfollowing described line; beginning at a point on the S. E. corner of said Lot
5; thence northwesterly on a straight line to a point on the north line of said
'Lot 5, said point being 15 feet west of the N.E. corner of said Lot 5, all in St.
,Clair Heights

The Commissioner of Finance having submitted his report in the above matter as to the amount of
damages awarded for the taking of the land or easements therein appropriated for the above improvement
and to whom payable; and also having submitted his assessment of benefits to property from the making
of said improvement, therefore be it
Resolved, That the said assessment of benefits be -and the same is hereby approved.
Resolved further, That a public hearing be had before the Council upon said report and for a confirma-
tion of the awards of damages made by the Commissioner :of Finance, and also upon the said assessment of
