ON THE AWARD OF DAMAGES

In the matter of partially opening, widening and extending the proposed f
Short Line Road from St. Clair Ave. southerly by condemning and taking the

All of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and that part of Lot 6 lying northeasterly of MOV-
the following described line; beginning at a point on the north line of said fnry
Lot 6 being 70 feet west of the N.E. corner thereof; thence southeasterly on
a straight; line to a point on the east line of said Lot 6 being 30 ft. south of
the N.E. corner thereof, all in Block 1, Dunlap Place Addition to the City of
St. Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota. ie! ;•
Also all of Lots, 1, 2, 3, 4, .5 and that part of Lot 6 lying northeasterlyc�
of the following described line; beginning at a point on the N.W. corner of said {
Lot 6; thence southeasterly on a straight`line�to a point on the south line of
said Lot F, said point being a distance of 100�ft., measured at right angles from
the southwesterly line of the C.M.St.P. & Ry. Co., all in Block 2, Dunlap Place i
Addition to the City of St. Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota. I
The Commissioner of Finance having submitted his report ,in the above matter as to the amount of
damages awarded for the taking of the land or-easements therein appropriated for the above improvement
and to whom payable; and also having submitted his assessment of benefits to property from the making
of said improvement, therefore be it
Resolved, That the said assessment of benefits be and the same is hereby approved.
Resolved further, That a public hearing be had before the Council upon said report and for a confirma-
tion of the awards of damages made by the Commissioner of Finance, and also upon the said assessment of
benefits; at the Council Chamber, in the Court House in the City of St. Paul on the ----- 11th ...................day

be and he is hereby directed to give notice of said hearing as prescribed by the Charter.
