Council City of Saint Paul Gentlemen: A request has been received from Monford Bakke of Bakke and Gordon,.for permission to erect a six foot high chain link fence around their property known as Lot 17, Block 2, Foundry Addition. This lot is located on Burgess near Mackubin, about one -half block west of the City Asphalt Plant. The zoning of this property is for heavy industry. Our inspector made a personal investigation of the site and can see no objections for a fence of this kind. Therefore, it is recommended that the Council authorize the Building Bureau to issue a permit for this structure. Yours truly, ed H.
