Hon. Council
City of Saint Paul
Gentlemen:
A request has been received from Monford Bakke of Bakke
and Gordon,.for permission to erect a six foot high chain
link fence around their property known as Lot 17, Block 2,
Foundry Addition. This lot is located on Burgess near
Mackubin, about one -half block west of the City Asphalt
Plant. The zoning of this property is for heavy industry.
Our inspector made a personal investigation of the site
and can see no objections for a fence of this kind.
Therefore, it is recommended that the Council authorize
the Building Bureau to issue a permit for this structure.
Yours truly,
ed H. Schroeder
