Northwestern Bell Telephone Company, to make necessary excavation
to place poles, underground cable and buried cable in and along
Magnolia Avenue from Prosperity Avenue to Hazelwood Street.
Work to be done under the direction of the Commissioner of Public
Works. The Telephone Company to pay the cost of publication
incident hereto.
