Gentlemen:
This Department has inspected the two story frame dwelling
at 192 Front Avenue, St. Paul'L described as East 1/2 of
West 1/2 of Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block 9, Lewis Second Addi-
tion.
This building has been damaged by fire and is beyond reason-
able repair and should be wrecked and removed.
The last known record owners are Roberta M. and Frank Yapun-
cich, 192 Front Avenue. Danger Notices have been posted.
Kindly institute condemnation action by setting a public hear-
ing date in accordance with Section 1.07 -2 of the St. Paul
Legislative Code.
