upon the above improvement upon

Resolved, By the Council of the City
of St. Paul that the precise nature,

To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of Saint Paul:
The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the pre-
liminary order of the Council, known as Council File No. 207045
approved May 2nd.
19 62 relative to reconstructing the side-
walk on the north side of Fifth St, from Main St, to Exchange St.
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $0.65 per sq. ft, for m.on.o: cone, walk
5" thick. Extra work(excav„ fill, tong, rem*d, root cutting, drive
crossings, etc,) at extra cost.
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said improvement is hereto attached and made
a part hereof.
