COUNCIL RESOLUTION - GENERAL FORM
PRESENTED BY MILTON
COMMISSIONER
WHEREAS, The City of St. Paul has expanded under Ordinance
No. 11709, approved April 12, 1960, original Ordinance No:
10725, approved January 20, 1956, concerning the sewer system
of the Village of Roseville to include certain specified areas
of the Village of St. Anthony as being permitted to be connected
to the public sewer system of the Village of Roseville, which
connects to that of the City of St. Paul, and
WHEREAS, The plans and specifications for the St. Anthony
Minnesota Sewer and Water Improvement, Project 1962 -1, prepared
by the consulting engineers for the Village of St. Anthony on
May 22, 1962, and approved by the Village of Roseville on May
28, 1962, and
WHEREAS, The plans and specifications for St. Anthony
Minnesota Sewer and Water Improvement, Project 1962 -1, have
been heretofore submitted to and approved by the Commissioner
of Public Works and the Chief Engineer as being in all things
satisfactory, be it further
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications for the Village
of St. Anthony Minnesota Sewer and Water Improvement, Project
1962 -1, be approved. r
