1 WIIEREAS, on July 5, 2007, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #07-609, said
2 Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for property clean-up from April 12 to Apri127, 2007
3(File No. J0707A, Assessment No. 8337); and

WfIEREAS, the properry at 1780 Wordsworth Avenue, being described as:

7 Homecroft, an Addition to the City of St. Paul Lot 5 Blk 6;
9 with the property identification number 21-28-23-13-0045 was assessed an amount of $201.84 for properiy
10 clean-up (graffiti removal); and
11
12 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the assessment was
13 made in error.

15 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, and
16
17 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of $201.84, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the
18 Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File #07-609 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
