RESOLVED, upon the report and recommendation of the
Commissioner of Public Works, proper City officers are hereby
authorized and directed to return to the Kerrigan Iron Works
Company Nashville, Tennessee, the amount of Twelve Dollars
($12.001, said amount to be paid from Fund 2308 and said
amount to be a return to said company of the amounts here-
tofore deposited by said company as represented by deposit
receipts 5106, 5107 and 5108 for plans and specifications
for street lighting projects within the City of Saint Paul,
which plans and specifications did not reach the aforementioned
company until the date that bids were to be received for the
projects contemplated by said plans and specifications.
