V RESOLVED,-by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that the Budget
of Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota,
for the calendar year 1963, consisting of the following items:
(Item 1)
Budget requirement for the fiscal year 1963`•
for accumulation in the redevelopment project
fund for the eventual repayment of Federal
advance is the one mill limit authorized by

(Item 2)
Budget requirement for relocation services
for the fiscal year 1963 is the one -tenth
mill limit .authorized by law 21+,575.00
heretofore having been filed, by said-Authority., with the Comptroller of
said City, in accordance with said City's applicable budget procedures, and
said Council by its prior Resolution having approved the same; that for the
purpose of Oaking available necessary funds for each aforesaid separate
budget item, said Council hereby approves, :assents thereto and-authorizes
,a separate special-tax levy for eacli said separate budget item, in the
amount of the same, to be made by or on behalf of said Authority, upon,all
property, both real mid personal, within the subject-taxing district,
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 1957, Section 1+62.51+5, Subdivision 6, as
ascended by Chapter 545, Laws of Minnesota for 1959, Section 11, as thereby
authorized and limited; be it ;
FURTHER. RESOLVED, that for the purpose of making available said
sum of $245,746.00 for the support of said Housing and Redevelopment Authority
of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota, and subject to the maximum legal tax
levy therefor, there be and hereby is levied, for the-support of said Authority
in the particulars set forth hereinabove under Item l,;a special tax, upon all
property., both real and personal, taxable therefor in the subject taxing
district, within-said City of Saint Paul, for the calendar year 1962, col-
lectible in 1963, the maximum tax levy permitted by law therefor, but not
to exceed $?5,X6.00; :and that the City Clerk hereby is directed to certify
a copy of said special tax levy for the year 1962, collectible in 1963, to

FURTHER RESOLVED, that 'said first mentioned "special tax levy for'"
the purposes set forth in said Budget Item 1, in amount.,•shall• exceed neither
the ma -zimum tax levy permitted by law therefor,-nor 45,746.00; ,,and that -
said additional special tax'lgvy for the purposes set forth iwsaid Budget
Item 2, in amount, shall - exceed neither the maximum tax levy permitted by
