Also the west 20 feet of the vacated alley in Block 2� Macalester Park. under Preliminary Order ------ 20860 -------------------------- approved - - - - - -- tibruaiy -, .7 1`9 -62- - - - - -- IntermediaryOrder ---------------------------------------------- - - - - -- approved -------------------------------------------------------------------- A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council having heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered the same; therefore, be it RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of St. Paul that the precise nature, extent'and kind of im- provement to be made by the said City is to grade and surface the alleys in Block 2., Elmer and Morrison's Re Arrangement and Block 2., Macalester Park., from Wheeler St. to and including a cul- de -sac described as follows: Beginnin at the northwest corner of Lot 4, Block 2, Elmer and Morrison's Re- arrangement of Macalester Park; thence east along the north line of said Lot a distance of 40 feet; thence south and parallel to the eastllot line of said lot a distance of 4 feet; thence in a southwesterly direction to a point that lies 20 feet south of the North line of said lot and 20 feet east of the west property line of the subject lot; thence west to a point lying on the west property line of said lot and 20 feet south of the northwest corner of said Lot 4; thence north along the west property line of said Lot 4 to point of beginning.' Also the west 20 feet of the vacated alley in Block 21, Macalester Park. and the Council hereby orders said improvement to be made. RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for approval; that upon said approval, the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to pro- ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.
