1 WHEREAS, on June 27, 2003 the State of Minnesota conveyed to the City of Saint Paul ("Ciry") a parcel
2 oftax-forfeited real property under Use Deed No. 0197854, described as: Lot Six (6j, Block Three (3), in
3 Humphrey's Addirion to Saint Paul, except parts taken for Como Avenue Parkway
4 (PIN No. 25-29-23-43-0050); and
WHEREAS, said properry was designated in said deed to be used for street right-of-way; and
WHEREAS, on February 11, 2000 the State of Minnesota conveyed to the City of Saint Paul ("City") a
parcel of taz-forFeited real property under Use Deed No. 0192191, described as: That part between extended
North and South lines of alley in Block 7 Denslow's Rearrangement of Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12
Block 2, Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and19, Block 3 and Lot 11, Block 4 Cruickshank's Garden
Lots and West of Germain Street of Lots 6 and 7 Block 3, Cruickshank's Garden Lots (PIN No. 27-29-22-
43-0145); and
WFiEREAS, said property was designated in said deed to be used for alley right-of-way; and
WH�REAS, the County of Ramsey ("County"), acting on behalf of the State of Minnesota {"State"), has
determined the City has either failed to put said property to the public use for which it was conveyed or has
abandoned the public use for which it was conveyed; and
WHLREAS, the County now desires that said property be reconveyed to the State pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes, Section 282.01, Subdivision ld, to be held in trust according to Minnesota Statutes, Section 281.25;
now, therefore be it
25 RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby directs and authorizes the proper city officials to
26 reconvey said property to the State of Minnesota, and to pay to Ramsey County applicable administrative
27 and recording fees, said amount to be charged to Activiry Code: GL-001-09051.

The pazcels were aquired by use deed for potential right of way inprovements. The pazcels have been determined by the Department
of Public Works they aze no longer needed and declare them surplus and request that they be reconveyed to the State of Minnesota.
1) Smali pazcel at the intersecfion of Como and Minnehaha
2) Part of alley in the 700 block of Germain
