RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul,
that under its prior Resolution, C. F. No. 205157, approved
December 13, 1961, providing therefor and designating
several sections of public street, within the corporate
limits of-said City, for name change, in each instance,
to "Nagasaki Road ", the section of public street therein
designated, for such name change, as Fillmore Street
(Fillmore Avenue) from South Robert Street to State Street
was designated therefor by inadvertent error, said Council
having intended that such name change thereunder should
have been limited to the separate sections of Airport Road
and Bayfield Street therein designated; that it is necessary
to effect the restoration of the name "Fillmore Avenue" to
said section of Nagasaki Road from South Robert Street to
State Street to the end that the true intent and purpose of
said Council, in the premises, shall be accomplished and
accordingly the name of said section of said Nagasaki Road
from South Robert Street to State Street, within said City's
corporate limits, hereby is changed to "Fillmore Avenue ";
and that the name change of said sections of Airport Road
and Bayfield Street to "Nagasaki Road ", under and by said
prior Resolution, of said Council, hereby is confirmed in
each instance, and
RESOLVED FURTHER, by said Council, that the pertinent
Official Maps and Records of said City, in respect of public
street names, shall be amended so that the name shall conform
to the provisions of this Resolution.
