RESOLVED, That John C. Stella be paid the sum of
$2835 out of the Workmen's Compensation Account of the
General Fund in full settlement of his claim against the
City of Saint Paul for compensation resulting from his
injury of May 3, 1960, while in the employ of the Department
of Public Works whereby he suffered a temporary total dis-
ability until May 27, 1960, and 18 per cent permanent
partial disability to the back.
