'Ii!l +rdinance No. �s:QRDINAN -E kb.- AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 445.02 OF THE LEGISLATIVE CODE OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL, APPROVED MAY 105 1949, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING AND CONTROLLING THE EMISSION OF SMORR AND POLLUTION OF AIR WITHIN THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL; PROVIDING FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF AN ADVISORY BOARD; PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 5578, APPROVED NOVEMBER 5, 19255 AND ALL OTHER ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCE INCON- SISTENT HEREWITH. "' THIS IS AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE RENDERED NECESSARY FOR THE PRESERVA- TION OF THE PUBLIC PEACE, HEALTH AND SAFETY. Such Board shall be known as the Advisory Board on Smoke Eliminat on or Air Purification.
