The distribution of the increase between wages and fringe benefits is determined each yeaz by the bazgaining unit. The basic hourly wage rate for provisional, regulaz and probationary ernployees appointed to the following classification shall be: Effective 06/Ol/07 (or closest pay period) Fire Sprinkler Inspector $37.48* * This rate includes the $.50 ta�cable vacation contnbution The State of Minnesota has changed the Public Employees Retirement Association (PERA) contnbution rates for employers and employees. The current rate for applicable employees is 6.25%. This rate is subject to further increase or decrease by the State of Minnesota. The Employer's fringe benefit obligation is limited to the contributions and/or deductions established by this Agreement. The actual level of benefits provided to employees shall be the responsibility of the Trustees of the various funds to which the Employer has fonvarded the contributions and/or deductions.
