The amount of the increase for 2007 was determined in the May I, 2005 through Apri130, 2008 Main[enance I.abor Ageement. The
distribution of the increase between wages and fringe benefits is determined each yeaz by the bazgaining unit.

Bargaining unit membets would be paid the wages and fringe benefits agreed to in the Maintenance Labor Agreement.

APPENDIX F
The basic hourly wage rate for temporary employees appointed to the following classification shall be:

following classification shall be:

The State of Minnesota has changed the Public Employees Retirement Association (PERA) contnbution rates for
employers and employees. The current rate for applicable employees is 6.25%. This rate is subject to further
increase or decrease by the State of Minnesota.

Unless specifically noted, the contribution levels represent pre-tax amounts. Effective June l, 2007(or closest
pay period) for employees working in the title of Fire Sprinkler Inspector, the Employer shall:

All contributions and deductions made in accordance with this Appendix G shali be forwarded to the parties
designated by the Union.
The Empioyer shall establish Worker's Compensation and Unemployment Compensation programs as required
by Minnesota Statutes.
The Employer's fringe benefit obligation is limited to the contributions and/or deductions established by this
Agreement. The actual level of benefits provided to employees shall be the responsibility of the Trustees of the
various funds to which the Employer has fonvarded the contributions and/or deductions.
