The basis for the recommendation is as follows: On May 2, 2006, you were sent an invoice from the Office of License, Inspections and Environmental Protection (LIEP) to pay your Second Hand Dealer license and late fees of $99.00 due back on January 1, 2006. Payment was due, upon receipt of the invoice, but as of today's date that payment has not been received. You were also asked fo submit information on where the business records will be kept and/or maintained and proposed hours of operation. As of today's date that information has not been submitted.
