WHEREAS,, additions and deductions " 6 might prove to be
necessary in the improvement described as the 13th and
14th Streets Sewer Relocation vic. Eastern Area Addition,
Comptroller's Contract L -6408, Lametti & Sons, Inc., Con-
tractor, have been provided for in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, it has been found necessary to make the following
additions and deductions:
ADDITIONS:
Gravel sub -base material including excavation
and dewatering 295.47 Ton @ $5.00 $1,477.35
Removed abandoned 3611 concrete sewer and
constructed bulkhead in 2'611 x 41011 Sewer
in 13th Street - Lump Sum $50.00
$1,527.35
DEDUCTIONS:
Select backfill material 580 Cu.Yds ® 2.25 $1,479.00
Addition $48.35
WHEREAS, the addition,is $48.35, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the City of St. Paul, through its City Council
approves the foregoing addition, made in accordance with
the specifications in the sum of $48.35 said amount to be
added to the lump sum price named in the contract, known
as Comptroller's Contract L�6408, for the making of the
above improvement. This additional amount to be financed
from City Share of Local Improvement Fund, Code 31 -E1,
