RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee therefor
and hereby awards contract for the purchase and removal of a house belonging to the City
and County Detention and Corrections Authority from its present location on the'Workhouse-
Workfarm property at 685 South Century Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, to HAROLD W. DREWRY in
accordance with-specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #8854 of said
HaAid 'W. Drewry for the bid amount of $10000509 less $246.00 for hail damage covered by
insurance, making net amount bidder to pay City and County Detention and Corrections
Authority $754.509 such bid being the only one and said Harold W. Drewry being a reliable
and reasonable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the
proper form of contract therefor and the proper officials hereby are authorized to execute
said contract.
