Council City of Saint Paul Gentlemen: The Car Mileage Committee has processed a request for mileage for the following: DEPARTMENT OF :PARKS AND RECREATION AND PUBLIC BUILDINGS A letter signed by Commissioner Loss requested that George Smolik, Electrical Inspector, be placed on C mileage effec- tive July 18, 1962 with a maximum of $75.00 a month.
