WHEREAS, C. F. 196597, approved April 7, 1960, awarded the
contract for Curbing the north side of SEVENTH STREET from Van Dyke
to Hazel and the west side of HAZEL STREET from Seventh Street to
the alley north of Seventh Street and the financing thereof, now
therefore be it,
RESOLVED, That the f, i,nand',tng portion of the above referred
resolution be amended to include a non - assessable portion of the
work in the amount .of $30.37 to be financed from City's Share of
Local Improvement Fund, Code 31 E -1 and the balance of costs to be
assdssed against the benefitted property.
