RESOLVED, that the proposed Agreement by and
between the City of Saint Paul and the State of Minnesota,
dated August 7, 1962, entitled "Temporary Permit to Construct
SP6244 (56 =12)" hereby is,in all things approved and author-
ized according to its provisions, terms and conditions, among
other things, whereunder and whereby provisions made for the
.grant of a temporary permit to construct a portion of
Minnesota State Trunk Highway 56 on said land there described,
owned in fee by said City of Saint Paul,�and acquired here-
tofore by the latter for flood control and related purposes,
such provision for said temporary permit to construct there-
under being thereby made subject and subordinate to the
prior grant of permit affecting the same and adjacent areas
by said City -of Saint Paul to the United States of America
under and pursuant to the prior resolution of this Council,
Council File No. 201851, adopted April 28, 1961; and that
the proper City officers hereby are authorized and directed
to execute said proposed Agreement, entitled as aforesaid,
by and between said' "City and said State as the same shall
be approved as to form :.by the Corporation Counsel.
