The court appointed an adminishator who performed the necessary repairs on this property. The administrator them invoiced the City foc the cost. AdvanWges If Approved: The City will be abie to recover the cost of repairing this condemned property and making it safe and habitable. The City also can replenish its funds for future rehabilitation work through the Tenants Remedy Action Program.
