RESOLVED, That this Council hereby approves and
concurs in that certain Resolution of the Board of Water
Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul, adopted and dated
December 21, 1962, a certified copy whereof is filed herewith and
incorporated herein and made part and parcel of this resolution,
which Resolution of said Board authorized the proposed Final
Settlement Agreement by and between said Board and M. J. Me Gough
Company et al. pertaining to that certain Contract by and between
said Board and said Company dated April 8, 1958, designated
Contract No. 4 - Purification and Filtration Plant -1958 Extension,
and further authorized the additional and separate and distinct
Settlement Agreement by and between said Board and said Company
pertaining to that certain Contract by and between said Board
and said Company dated April 7, 1959, designated as the Contract
for the Construction of the 10 Million Gallon Snelling Avenue
Reservoir for the St. Paul Water Department, St. Paul, Minnesota,
a copy of each such proposed Settlement Agreement being filed with
said Board and by reference incorporated herein and -made part and
parcel of this resolution.
