WHEREAS, in connection with the Lower Afton Road Sewer
Project, an agreement, (Conptrollers File No. 1274),
was entered into between the County of Ramsey and the
City of St. Paul in which the City of St. Paul is to
reimburse the County of Ramsey for a portion of the
total cost of the project, now therefore be it,
RESOLVED, that the City of St. Paul's portion of the cost
of the above mentioned project in the amount of
$24,843.00 be charged to the Permanent Improvement Re-
volving Fund, CODE 3001 and this same fund to be reim-
bursed from County Aid Funds.
