RESOLVED, That Board of Ramsey County Commissioner's
Resolution No. 9 -6600, adopted December 10, 1962, a certified
copy whereof is herewith filed, -shall be deemed incorporated
herein by reference and made part and parcel of this resolution;
that the City of Saint Paul hereby concurs in said Resolution of
said Board and in the action of said Board thereby represented;
and that the proposed indenture dated December 10, 1962, by and
between the State of Minnesota, the County of Ramsey, and the
City of Saint Paul and the Northern States Power Company, providing
for the grant and warranty by said County, City and State of a•
utility easement therein described, affecting a portion of the
tract of land owned by said City and County, situate in said
County, commonly designated as the Preventorium Premises and
presently occupied by the State of Minnesota as lessee of said
County and said City, unto said Northern States Power Company,
hereby is approved and authorized and the proper City officers
on behalf of said City are hereby authorized to execute and
„deliver the same, subjegt to`concurring action by the State of
Minnesota, by and through its Commissioners of Public Welfare
and Administration.

is respectfully called to the following Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey
Csnty, Ninaesota, adopted at the meetLng held on December 1 9, 1962
By Commissioner Carlson:
RESOLVED, By the Board of Ramsey County Commissioners that, subject to concurring
action by the City of Saint Paul, under its Council's Resolution, and concurring action
by the State of Minnesota acting by and through its Commissioners of Public Welfare and
Administration, respectively, the pro osed Indentured ed the 10th da of December,
1962, by and between the State of Minnesota, the County of Ramsey, and the Cit of
Saint Paul, as the first parties, and Northern States Power Company, as the second
party,_providing for th�ant and warranty, by said first parties to said second
party, of a Utility Easement therein described affecting a portion of the tract of
land owned _y said City and County situate in the County of Ramsey, commonly designated
as The County Froventorimm Premises and presently Mi

upon said premises therefor to construct, maintain e--pipe lines and mains
within the boundaries of the proposed 10 feet in width Utility Easemen , or the con-
duct and distribution of natural gas, as•a public utility Company, all at the expense
of said Company, as more ar c y appears from the subject indenture documen , a
copy w e eo is sled herewith and hereby incorporated herein by reference, and made
part and parcel of this Resolution; ,
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the County Auditor hereby is authorized and directed to
deliver a certified copy of this Resolution to the City of Saint Paul, the Commissioner
of Public Welfare and the Commissioner of Administration therein named, with the County's
request for the aforesaid concurrences.
