Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for
regrading, graveling and oiling the roadway of Standish Street from Raymond Ave. south-
-east to the alley paralleling the Northern Pacific Railway right -of -way
under Preliminary Order 199263 , approved October 11, 1960
I Intermediary Order 199871 , approved December 1;, 1960 ,
l Final Order 200201 a pproved December 27, 1960
The assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with
j the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 23rd
day of January, 1863 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A., M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
glue notice of said meetings; as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
