In the matter of improving PRIOR AVENUE from Minnehaha Avenue to
Pierce Butler Route by regrading, paving and curbing the roadbed and
street, alley and driveway returns; by constructing storm water drainage
facilities; by reconstructing existing paving, curbing and sidewalks
where necessary; by constructing sewer, water and gas service connections
where necessary; by constructing an ornamental lighting system and by
doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said
improvement under Preliminary Order C.F. 207803 approved June 26, 1962
and Final Order No. 209100 approved September 18, 1962.
Resolved that the plans and specifications for the completion of
the Ornamental Lighting System, exclusive of all other improvements
mentioned above, as submitted by the Commissioner of Public Works be,
and the same are hereby approved, and be it Further Resolved, that the
Purchasing Agent be, and he is hereby directed to advertise for bids
on this improvement.
