Resolved, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the
plans and specifications for sanitary sewer in the south side
of Annapolis Street from Chippewa Avenue to a point about 95
feet east of Chippewa Avenue, as a part of the Sanitary Sewer
Improvement No. 1, Project No. 1, approved July 17, 1962, for
the Village of Mendota Heights, authorized by and subject to
the provisions, terms and conditions of the City of Saint Paul
pending ordinance for the connection of the public sewer system
of the Village of Mendota Heights with that of the City of
Saint Paul, prepared by Bettenburg, Townsend, Stolte and Comb
of said Village and approved by the Village Council of Mendota
Heights on June 13, 1962, and heretofore submitted to and
approved by the Commissioner of Public Works and the Chief
Engineer hereby are in all things approved.
