lot in conjunction with a proposed 10 -unit apartment building on property
on the west side of Eustis Street between Doswell - AAvenue: and Chilcombe
Street, more particularly described as Lots ./, 5, and the south 8 feet
of Lot 3, Block 7, St. Anthony Park West, in accordance with plans
approved November 15, 1962, subject to compliance with the provisions
of all ordinances governing the operation of parking lots, and to the
condition that the sidewalk abutting said premises be kept clean 'and
free of ice and snow at all times.

This is in the Matter •of the application of Wm. F'. ,Strub Jr. -and
Richard Strub for a permit to install and operate-a-10 car private
off-street parking lot in conjunction with a. proposed 10 unit apart-
ment building on .property located.on the west side of Eustis Street
between Doswell Avenue:and.Cbilcomb.Strset which is des.cribed.as.
Lots 4, 5,.and the south .8 feet -of Lot 3,.Blo.ck 7, S.t.Antbony Park West.
On .March .10, 1962, the City Council rezoned this property from Light
Industry to, "C" residence. district as 'part of a. larger tract. On May 16,
1962, the City Council,.dented.an- appeal to relax the 8,foot required set-
back for a parking lot and.an application for a permit for a 10.car park
ing lot on Lots 4 and 5. The applicant has. since acquired an additional.,,
8. feet. It is proposed to remove a dwelling from the site and.develop
it with a. 10 unit .apartment building. 'The site. has. 'a. frontage of 96..5
feet on Eustis :Street and .a depth of 115 feet, resulting in. an area of
approximately 11,.098 square feet. West and.adjoining is the right--.of-way
of T. H. # 280; ,north, and _adjoining-_is a, three- family residence; east
and across Eustis Street are two single- family residences fronting ,on
said street; south, .and. - adjoining is, a. two. - family residence which fronts
on.Doswell Avenue.
Field investigation discloses.no.basic objection. as, the proposal.meets.
a11.of the required standards for density, and building ground coverage..
The Traffic Engineer has approved the parking lot plan'wbich meets the
standards. for this type :of facility.
In consideration of the above factors, tbe.Board of Zoning recommends
the granting of tbe.pexmit for a 10 car private off - street parking lot
.on the above described property in accordance with plans approved
November 15, 1962'.
