Outlots, in accordance with plans approved November 15 and dated

attached application of Bechik Products, Inc. for permit to install and
operate a 46 -car customer and employee parking lot at the southeast corner
of Benson and Homer, on Lot 9, subject to Benson Ave., and Lot 12, Fort
Street Outlots, in accordance with plans approved November 15 and dated
December 10, 1962.

Dear Radam:
This is in the matter of the application of the Bechik
Products Inc. for a permit to install and operate.a.46
.car customer.and.employee parking lot on property located
'at the southeast _corner of Benson - Avenue and Homer Street
which is described as,Lot 9, subject to.Benson.Aoenue;
and Lot 12, Fort Street 'O.utlots. On January 16., 1960, the.
property'-was rezoned to Light .Industry as. part.of a larger
tract.
'The site is vacant.and is irregular in shape with. a frontages
.on Benson Avenue of .approximately 438 f eet and approximately
237 feet on Homer Street and an. area_of about 109,440 square
feet. The surrounding area uses—axe entirely industrial in
character. Field investigation. discloses no objection to the
proposal. The traffic Engineer has approved the plan which
meets the standards for this type of facility.
In consideration of the above factors, the Board of Zoning
recommends the granting of the permit for a 46 .car parking
lot .on the above ,described. property in accordalice -With ,plans
approved November 15 and dated December 10, X962.
