WHEREAS, in connection with the acquisition of property
at 1800 So. Mississippi River Blvd., in order to pre-
vent vandalism and maintain the property in the same
condition as existed at the time bids for wrecking were
received, it was agreed that the City of St. Paul would
pay the salary of a caretaker and the cost of telephone
service, power and light and fuel oil from October 1 to
December 1, 1962, now therefore be it,
RESOLVED, that the total cost of these expenses in the
amount of $301.66 be charged to the Permanent Improvement
Revolving Fund, CODE 3001, Comptroller's Contract No. L -6477,
and this same fund to be reimbursed from the City's share
of Local Improvement Fund CODE 31E -1. ��-T.---
