the same; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of St. Paul that -

alley in Block 13, A. Gotzi rrangement of Sigels Addition from ` -cock St.
East - to--the t Lot line of Lot 11, Block 13, A. ian's Re- arrangement of Sigel

All orders in the move matter be and the same are hereby cancelled, amutled
and rsasrinded and ad proceedings in said matter be discontinued,
a the Council hereby orders said improvement to be made.

directed to prepare plans and specs ns for said improvement, and su same to the Council r
approval; that upon said approval, the prop city officials are hereby authorize d directed to pro-
ceed with the making of said imprpxe1pngp4 ' ccordance therewith.
