COUNCIL RESOLUTION— GENERAL FORM
RESOLVED, That the Saint Paul Shrine Circus
Committee be given the use of the Auditorium Arena, the
Exhibition Hall, and Ramsey Hall, and the concession
privileges, for their annual circus, March 10 to 17, 1963,
upon payment of a sum not to exceed $11,500.00; any balance
of said cost of opening and operating on said occasions to
be set up in Auditorium Fund 1021.
