RESOLVED, That the proposed amendatory Rider "I3°
that certain subsisting Advance Municipal Auditorium Ticket
Sales Agreement dated the 13th day of April, 1955, by and
between Florence M. Todd, d /b /a Central Ticket Office and
the City of Saint Paul, for the extension of the operation
of said Agreement to additional locations, to -wit: Field
Schlick, Inc. Highland Store, The-Dayton Company Saint Paul
Downtown Department Store, and The.Dayton Company Minneapolis
Downtown Department Store, upon.the basis of commissions at
the rate of 6% of the gross advance ticket sales at such
additional locations, to become payable by said City to said
Florence M. Todd, d /b /a Central Ticket Office, on account of the
subject advance ticket sales made and to be made by the latter
at said additional locations, hereby is approved and authorized
and the proper City officers hereby are authorized and directed
to execute such proposed Rider, for said purposes, in behalf of
said City, effective as of January 1, 1962, when such advance ticket
sales were extended to said additional locations in contemplation of
such proposed Rider amending said prior and subsisting Agreement
accordingly, effective as of said date, January 1, 1962.
