WHEREAS, in connection with the Surfacing and Seal coating of
T. H. No. 5-- Kellogg Boulevard from Wabasha to Washington,
T. H. No. 52 - -S. Robert Street from Chicago Great Western
Bridge to Concord, T. H. No. 212 -E. Minnehaha from Earl to
MCKnight Road, the financing of this project is insufficient
to reimburse the Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund, there-
fore be it,
RESOLVED, that an Additional $1,104.54 be financed from the
City's share of Local Improvement Fund, Code 31E -1 and
credited to L -6374 to completely finance this project.
