WHEREAS, The City of 'St. Paul Corporation Counsel is pre-
paring an ordinance amending original Ordinance No. 11061,
approved July 26, 1957, concerning the sewer system of the
Village of Maplewood, which connects to that of the City of St.
Paul, and
WHEREAS, The plans and specifications for Sanitary Sewer
Extensions Improvement No. 6, Project No. 3, prepared by the
consulting engineers for the Village of Maplewood and approved
by the Village Council of the Village of Maplewood on July 5,
1962, and
WHEREAS, The plans and specifications for Village of Maplewood
Sanitary Sewer Extensions Impr 7m
o ent No. 6, Project No. 3, have
been heretofore submitted to and approved by the Commissioner of
Public Works and the,Chief 'Engineer as being in all things satis-
factory, be it
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications for the Village -
of Maplewood Sanitary 'Sewer Extensions Improvement No. 6, Project
No. 3, be approved, and be it further
RESOLVED, That the Village of Maplewood be, and it is hereby
authorized to proceed with the construction of said sanitary
sewers in accordance with said plans and specifications.
