WHEREAS, in connection with the construction of the Arch-
Pennsylvania -E. Minnehaha Highway between Mississippi
Street and Burr Street certain Engineering Services are
to be-performed involving preparation of a preliminary
design report and the furnishing of final plans and
specifications by Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson and
Associates, now therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, that the estimated cost of this Engineering Ser-

vice based on 5% of an estimated construction cost of
$1,217;319.00 in the amount of $60,865.95 be charged to
the Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund, Code 3001,
this same fund to be reimbursed from Bond Fund 200 St -32.
