WHEREAS, additions and deductions-which might prove to be necessary in the
improvement described as the - Rice -Rondo Storm Sewer.Extensions,.Comptroller's
Contract L- 64.82, Foley Bros., Inc., Contractor, have, been provided for in
the specifications—
WHEREAS, it has been found necessary to make the following additions and /or
deductions:
Additional trench excavation due
to change in grade 74 Cu. yds. @ $3.50 $259.00
Gravel subbase material including
peat excavation 65 Tons. @ $4.00 260.00
Total Additions x$519.00
WHEREAS, the total addition erte /^p is $519.00, now therefore be
it
RESOLVED, that the City of St. Paul, through its City Council - approves the
foregoing addition Tee made in accordance with the specifica-
tions in the sum of d$519,00 said amount to be added to the lump sum price
named in the contract, known as Comptroller's Contract L- 6482, for the
making of the above improvement. This additional amount to be financed
from Sewer Bond Fund, Code 210- 5E -17.
The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with the above named
Contractor that the sum of $519.00 is the correct amount to be added to
