In the matter of Council File No. 209338 approved August 2, 1962 and
Council File No. 209397 approved October 5, 1962 being,amended by adding
to Paragraph 2 the following:
Further that Petitioner, Riverview Memorial Hospital, Inc., shall grade
and surface the vacated area aforesaid entirely at its own expense, under the
supervision and to the satisfaction of the Commissioner of Public Works, and
in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by him.
under Council File No. 209799, approved November 1, 1962.
RESOLVED, That Council File No. 209799 be and the same is hereby can-
celled, annulled and rescinded and all proceedings in such matter discon-
til"nued.
