H. J. Roadfeldt Co., said contract for Installation of %" Cement
Plaster on the Upper Parts of Seven Existing Windows at Como'
Pavilion, Saint Paul, Minnesota, and said extra to cover cost
of-nine additional square yards of plaster over the lower part
of one window, this work having been requested by, the Commis -
s`ioner of Parks And Recreation And Public Buildings and agree-
ment made with the contractor, and a memorandum of said agree-
ment having been filed with the Comptroller and countersigned
by him.

Dear Sir:
Contract No. G 2960 was awarded 'to H. J. Roadfeldt Co. for In-
stallation of 1/2" cement plaster on the upper parts of Seven
Arched Window Openings at Como Pavilion, Saint Paul.
During the course of the work it was found desirable to plas-
ter over the lower part of one window and negotiations have
been conducted with the contractor, who agrees to furnish
Nine addititional square yards of plaster at a cost of $49.00.
This is a reasonable amount for the labor and material involv-
ed, and therefore we are requesting that a resolution be sub-
mitted to the Council authorizing an extra of $49.00 to the
above contract.
