WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works is desirous �
of entering into an agreement with the Chicago, Milwaukee,
St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Company for leasing of certain
property of said Railroad in the area of Pigs Eye Lake for the
use by the City as an all- purpose dump, said dumping operations
to be of the so- called sanitary fill method; and
WHEREAS, said Railroad Company and the Department
of Public Works have mutually agreed as to the leasing of
said land by the City, at no cost to said City,
Now, Therefore, be it f
RESOLVED, That the proper officers of the City of
Saint Paul 8r8 hereby authorized to execute the leasing agree-
ments between said City and the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul
and Pacific Railroad Company for the leasing by said City of
certain portions of the Pigs Eye Lake Area.
