RESOLVED, that, in view of necessity requiring the
purchase of certain lawbooks by the office of the Corporation
Counsel, the Comptroller of the City of Saint Paul is hereby
authorized to disburse funds in payment of the following books
to the named publishers and firms concerned, upon furnishing of
a Miscellaneous Claim by said Corporation Counsel:
