RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and services
necessary for and reasonably incidental to the purchase and removal of existing City
Oil Blending and Storage Plant at 438 Burgess Street, St. Paul# Minnesota* to
ARMOR -COAT FINISHING CO., INC* in accordance with City specifications therefor
hereto attached and the Formal Bid #8968 of said Armor -Coat Finishing Co., Inc.
Bidder to pay City of St. Paul $ 200.00 9 such bid being the only-bid and said bidder

directed to draw up the proper fora of contract therefore and the proper City
officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of
