Foodstuff-oOriginal Container Licenses in connection with six (6) vehicles
he operates, in error, as he is properly licensed with such licenses,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the proper city officers be and they are hereby authorized to refund
to LeRoy H, Augustine the fee of $12.00 for each of the Foodstuff -Original
Container Licenses, or a total of $ 72.00 for the six such licenses applied
for and to cancel said application for licenses.
